Austral Monsoon has tendered and successfully negotiated the supply and installation of (24) steel and aluminium roller shutters to the new Bega Market Place shopping complex.

The complex will comprise of a new Woolworths Supermarket as well as the regions first Big W and Dick Smith stores.

Austral Monsoon recently completed the new Dick Smith and Big W warehouse and distribution centre development at Hoxton Park, in Sydney’s Greater West.

The Dick Smith facility consisted of (39) Austral Monsoon steel roller shutters throughout the 51,700 square metre complex and Big W consisted of (92) steel roller shutters throughout the 89,000 square metre facility.

Both warehousing facilities ran independent of each with separate contract terms and project managers.

The project was on a very tight delivery program which was delivered on time by Austral Monsoon’s manufacturing and project management staff.

With Austral Monsoon’s international footprint and exposure, we have again successfully negotiated the supply of Steel and Aluminium roller shutters into Papua New guinea.

Again demonstrating our flexibility and standing of being well positioned to supply any corner of the globe.

A multimillion dollar redevelopment and expansion of North Shore Private Hospital, which will see the hospital grow to a major 248 bed facility.

Austral Monsoon successfully tendered and negotiated the roller shutter package for this entire facility.

Austral Monsoon will supply (44) of its aluminium and fire rated roller shutters to the facility.

Austral Monsoon has successfully negotiated the supply and installation of over (80) steel roller shutters to the new Metcash Distribution Facility located in Huntingwood, NSW.

The project for Goodman Limited  for the  new distribution facility will be constructed in 3 stages.

Stage 1 involves the construction of a 43,355m2 ambient warehouse. Stage 2 involves the construction of 20,455m2 of fresh, shilled and freezer warehouse building. Stage 3 involves an extension to stage 1 with and increase to the ambient warehouse of 14,500m2.

Austral Monsoon will be supply steel roller shutters ranging in sizes from 2.5m wide x 3.0m high up to and including steel roller shutters 8.5m wide x 5.5m high.

Austral Monsoon completes the supply and installation of over (70) steel and aluminium roller shutters on the new Energy Australia Stadium Grandstand for the home of the Newcastle Knights NRL team.

This was a 6 month manufacturing program for Austral Monsoon’s Newcastle office which was Project Managed by our Newcastle Manager Kevin Wright.

Austral Monsoon has tendered and successfully negotiated yet another police facility in addition to the current Burwood Police facility it is currently supplying product on.

Austral Monsoon will supply and install (22) aluminium and steel roller shutters to the new facility ranging in doors that are 2.5 wide x 2.5 high up to doors that are 8.0m wide x 4.5 m high.

Recently Austral Monsoon carried out annual maintenance and service of the Austral Monsoon aluminium roller shutters installed to the fleet of  NSW Fire Brigade trucks.

As part of our commitment to complete customer service Austral Monsoon’s Sydney manufacturing facility has recently updated it’s fleet of delivery vehicles.

Austral Monsoon now has (2) delivery vehicles covering the Sydney metro area providing prompt and on time delivery of it’s truck door products and other products in the Austral  Monsoon range.

Austral Monsoon’s Newcastle office has successfully tendered and negotiated the supply and installation of the roller shutters and Rapid Roll Doors to the new Sandvik Mining and Construction facility in Heatherbrae.

This facility will house Sandvik’s operations for the Hunter and the Mid North Coast regions.

There will be a number of purpose built building’s on the site and Austral Monsoon will be supplying and installing (70) Steel Roller Shutters and (2) High Speed Doors.

The roller shutters will range in size from 6.0m Wide x 6.0m High up to 10.0m Wide x 9.0m High.

IKEA Tempe will be the largest IKEA store in Australia, featuring a total gross area of 39,0000m2 and 1,775 parking spaces.

Austral Monsoon successfully tendered and negotiated the roller shutter and Rapid Roll Door package for this entire facility.

Austral Monsoon will supply (18) of it’s steel roller shutters to the loading docks and basement car parking facility as well as (5) Rapid Roll Doors.

Austral Monsoon successfully supplies and installs Glazed Sectional Bi-Fold Doors to St Marks Primary School Drummoyne.

Sydney Based construction company Richard Crookes Constructions won the tender for the multi-million dollar redevelopment of Narrabri Hospital.  Austral Monsoon’s Newcastle office tendered and successfully negotiated the supply and install of (9) architectural aluminium roller shutters for the new facility.  Austral Monsoon will be manufacturing E83 – 3EA roller shutter, E85 – Panorama roller shutters and E96 – “All Aluminium Roller Grilles” in the project.

Goodman and Brickworks are developing two new purpose-built facilities for DHL Supply Chain Australia at Oakdale Industrial Estate in Western Sydney. The two facilities have a combined warehouse and office space of 36,215 sqm and are the first commercial property developments to be undertaken at the Western Sydney development site

Austral Monsoon tendered and successfully negotiated the supply and install of (32) Steel Roller Shutters and (33) Rivers Heavy Duty High Security PA Doors to the new warehouse facility.
